Finding great Propertunities requires a little bit of creative thinking and searching. There are hundreds of sites where you can search properties listed to the Philadelphia area mls by standard fields such as property type, number of bedrooms, and days on market.
But what if you want to only see Bank Owned properties? Or just listings in pre-foreclosure that are short sale eligible? Or multi family propertunities with “motivated” sellers?
